Kitchen Manager

Take the lead on managing the kitchen, day-to-day operations, interact with clients and provide excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily kitchen operations

  • Manage food inventory, placing food and beverage orders as needed

  • Work with staff to reduce food waste

  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED

  • 5 years experience in kitchen management.

  • Experience with in-person customer service 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Familiar with Point of Sale system(s)/ order taking/ food running

  • Must be able to work weekends

Salary dependent on experience
